POST OP day 9

Took a complete shower this morning and even trimmed my hair!  I was so nervous but was able to seran wrap my leg real well.  I was so anal about my incision getting wet that i took a shower with my leg up.  i feel so fresh and so clean clean.  hoping to take a nap b4 PT today.  I will be taking my last 2 norco for b4 my session today.  wonder what Kim has in store for me.

Right when i walked into Accelerated, Kim was the one to approach me this time.  she said, "have a seat, we're gonna unlock your brace!"  it was so exciting bc i know this is the next big step.  we did walking without crutches, biking, laying squats, and bridges.

mom picked me up and we got my pain meds refillled b4 she left back for darien. i chilled at home and then decided to head to my gym upstairs to bike!  biked for a good 20min while watching access hollywood, then did some upper body stuff.  felt really good to get up there.  when i came back to the condo i passed out on my bed with my leg in the CPM at 110degrees.  no visitors today but hope to have some over the weekend!
